Questions, problems, suggestions and privacy requests all reach the same inbox. We read everything.
Whatever it is about, this form reaches us. There is no support ticket system to navigate and no bot in between.
Things worth telling us
- Something is broken. Which tool, which browser, and what you were doing when it happened. If a puzzle came out wrong, the puzzle code shown under the sheet lets us reproduce it exactly.
- A word would not fit. Tell us the word list and the grid size and we can usually explain it – or fix it.
- A missing feature. Most of what this site does started as somebody’s email.
- A privacy request. Ask for a copy of your data or for your account and everything in it to be deleted. See the privacy policy for what we hold.
- A copyright concern. See Copyright and DMCA for what to include so we can act quickly.
